Ich stand im Supermarkt vor dem Schinkenregal und hab mich kurz gefragt, wer eigentlich auf die Idee kommt, rohen Schinken erst mal in Buttermilch zu baden. Klingt komisch. Ich hab’s trotzdem gemacht. Und ja: Das Ergebnis ist irgendwie oldschool, ein bisschen festlich und erstaunlich lecker.
