Als ich das erste Mal von Kalduni gelesen hab, dachte ich: klingt wie Klöße, nur mit mehr Arbeit. Stimmt auch ein bisschen. Aber das Ding hat was: außen Kartoffel, innen würziges Rinderhack, und am Ende sitzt du da mit Sauerrahm auf dem Teller und fragst Mehr lesen!
